Your corporation
Don't have your Corporation Key? Here's how to get it (60 seconds)

The Corporation Key is a confidential code Corporations Canada issues for each federal corporation. We need it to file your annual return on your behalf. You can submit the form now and add the key after — but the filing can't be completed until we have it.

  1. Check the email from Corporations Canada sent when you incorporated. Corporations created after September 2021 get the key by email; older corporations received it on a filing receipt.
  2. Can't find it? Request a free replacement. Go to Corporations Canada — Online Filing Centre and use "Request a Corporation Key." There's no charge.
  3. Allow a few days. The key is mailed to your registered office address for security, so request it as early as you can.

We never see your government login. The Corporation Key is the only credential we use, and only to file this return.

Anything changed in the last year? (optional)

No Corporation Key yet? You can still pay now — we start filing the moment you send it. It's on your incorporation documents, or free to request from Corporations Canada.

On submit, you'll be redirected to Stripe to complete payment. No charge until you confirm on Stripe's page.
